Shruti is a Principal Recruitment Consultant for A1 Ventures Group Contracts team. She focuses on contract recruitment within the Civil & Electrical industry for all of the India.

Shruti has previously worked within our Life Science and Key Account teams, where she specialized in sourcing staff for a number of the world’s top global pharmaceutical organizations across the UK and Europe. She also previously worked in our Clinical Research team, focusing on permanent and contract recruitment for Regulatory & Medical Affairs within the Clinical Research industry across the UK and Europe.
